Josh Baker was delighted to work pro bono with Equal Justice and Holman Fenwick Willan, obtaining a legal aid certificate on appeal for a vulnerable young migrant mother. The certificate allowed the mother to bring claims for a declaration of parentage and for maintenance against the child’s father.
