Prince’s Chambers is delighted to welcome Olga Boltenko, who is joining the set after more than a decade as an arbitration practitioner and arbitrator in Hong Kong, Singapore, Moscow, and Paris. Olga’s practice covers a wide range of commercial disputes with a focus on shareholders and financial disputes, as well as on general commercial cross-border dispute resolution.
With a particular focus on public international law and investor-State dispute resolution, Olga brings to the chambers her unique experience as a legal counsel at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague, where she was involved with administering a number of high profile investor-State disputes, as well as her practice with some of the leading law firms in the field of investment protection and investor-State dispute settlement.
Olga stays actively engaged academically and teaches arbitration and investment law at The University of Hong Kong, where she is a deputy executive director of Hong Kong’s flagship master degree program in arbitration and ADR. She is also a professor of investment law at the Royal University of Law and Economics in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. We look forward to enhancing the set’s engagement with younger generations of practitioners in Hong Kong and beyond in collaboration with Olga.
We are most delighted to welcome Olga to the set. Her move highlights Prince’s growing arbitration and public international law capabilities, with our barrister members specialising in arbitration and arbitration-related litigation in addition to their general commercial practice.
Olga’s profile, along with our other barrister and arbitrator members, is available on the Chambers’ website.
