Sebastian Hughes and Thomas Yeon had the privilege of delivering a lecture on the enforcement and setting aside of arbitration awards to 30 top lawyers from Jiangsu Province, at the Training Course for the Jiangsu Lawyers Association, organised by the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators (HKIArb) on 24 October 2025. Sebastian and Thomas also discussed their practical experience as both tribunal and counsel.
