Jeremy Bartlett SC was honoured to be invited to be Moderator for both Panel Sessions of the ICCA 2024 Side Event held at SCIA HK on 8 May 2024. There was a full house attending with many online registrants also participating.
This was the 2nd International Dispute Resolution Academy (IDRA) roundtable event and dealt with collaborative aspects and procedures in International Arbitration from the viewpoint of practitioners.
