Damien McDonald, Barrister and Arbitrator at Prince’s Chambers, delivered a remote lecture to Peking University  International Commercial Resolution Course on 18 May 2024. His presentation, titled “International Arbitration: An Introduction to Pleadings and Written Advocacy,” highlighted the critical importance of the advocate’s role in preparing pleadings and written submissions that provide a clear, coherent, and effective written guide for the Tribunal to resolve disputes and draft the final award.
