Edward Alder gave a session on Maritime Arbitration on the morning of Sunday 26 April (Day 9) of the Ciarb (East Asia Branch) 2026 Asia-Pacific Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration. 

This prestigious APAC Diploma has been designed to meet the increasing demand for accredited arbitrators and arbitration practitioners to resolve cross-border disputes in the Asia-Pacific region. Maritime Arbitration is one of several ‘specialty areas’ on the course along with construction and investor-state arbitration.

The East Asia Branch is one of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Ciarb)’s largest Branches, spanning Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and mainland China, South Korea, Japan, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Mongolia and Laos.
