Edward Alder had the privilege of providing in-house lunchtime CPD seminars for various solicitors’ firms, including Bowers, KWM, Hill Dickinson, Reed Smith Richards Butler and HFW entitled “2025 Jurisdiction Wrap Up: recent cases from common law jurisdictions on forum stays, O.11 service out, anti-suit injunctions and stays to arbitration”. The session took a look at jurisdictional cases from Hong Kong, England & Wales, the Caribbean and Singapore.
