Jeremy Bartlett  spoke in a session entitled “What Would You Do?”, in which the panel outlined a number of practical problems found in international arbitral practice, and put the audience to a vote on how they would have resolved the conundrum as Arbitrator if put in the ‘hot seat’. This was followed by open discussion between panel and audience. The Moderator was Alain Fahard and sharing the panel with Jeremy Bartlett were Henry Huang and Tim L’Estrange.
