Damien McDonald of Prince’s Chambers spent 11–12 August at the CIArb Australia 2026 Masterclass: International Arbitration, hosted at Corrs Chambers Westgarth in Sydney and led by Professors Doug Jones AO and Janet Walker CM.
The individual sessions worked through the arbitration lifecycle from proactive and dispute specific process design, case management, documentary and expert evidence, hearings and award preparation.
Damien is a barrister and arbitrator who focuses on international arbitration in Hong Kong, mainland China, the region, and internationally. Damien is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration. He is also on the HKIAC List of Arbitrators. He practices English law from Outer Temple Chambers in London and Australian law from William Forster Chambers in Darwin.
