Thomas Yeon and Cyrus Lee recently collaborated with the Professional Development Resources Centre to present an e-seminar on the topics of enforcement of foreign judgments and recovery of assets.

In this seminar, Thomas and Cyrus provide an in-depth examination of the complexities surrounding cross-border litigation. The seminar focuses on the enforcement of mainland judgments under the statutory routes (Cap.597 and Cap.645), as well as common law enforcement. Furthermore, the seminar covers practical measures to be taken to preserve assets in Hong Kong before the enforcement of a mainland or foreign judgment.
