Practice profile
Regina joined Chambers in 2026 following the completion of her pupillage with Mr Martin Hui SC, Mr Giles Surman, Mr Sebastian Hughes and Mr Lavesh Kirpalani. She is developing a broad civil and criminal practice across all areas of Chambers’ work.
During pupillage, Regina gained exposure to general civil and commercial litigation, including tort, contract, company and contempt of court. Her experience also extends to matrimonial matters and non-refoulement claims. Moreover, Regina has experience in drafting submissions and plea-bargaining letters to the prosecution for offences ranging from rape, voyeurism, burglary, drug trafficking to dangerous driving in criminal matters.
Shortly before joining Chambers, Regina served as a contract marshal to the Honourable Mr Justice Jonathan Harris at the High Court. She has also assisted arbitrators at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre and the Arbitration and Mediation Centre of the World Intellectual Property Organisation.
Regina is fluent in English, Chinese Cantonese and Chinese Mandarin. She accepts instructions to advise or conduct advocacy in both English and Chinese.
Regina is a Charles Ching Scholar.
