Prince’s Chambers is a Supporting Organisation of Johannesburg Arbitration Week 2026, a 3-day event taking place next week involving plenary and breakaway sessions led by speakers and panels of international eminence to explore the theme: “Arbitration in a fragmented global order: the future of trade, investment and sustainable development.” 

From geopolitics and enforcement to ESG, infrastructure and the role of AI in arbitration, JAW 2026 will shape the future of dispute resolution on the continent and beyond.
