Lavesh Kirpalani and Thomas Yeon had the privilege of delivering lectures at the International Arbitration Entry Course organised by the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators (HKIArb) on 31 October 2025. The topics covered the legal structure of arbitration and their usage and practices, pre-arbitration considerations, and formulation of arbitration clauses.
